- We at SAARA or our affiliate logistics partner never ask for confidential and personal data
- If you receive an email, a call from a person / association claiming to be from SAARA seeking sensitive confidential information like debit/credit card PIN, net-banking or mobile banking password, we request you to never provide such confidential and personal data
- If you have already revealed such information, report it immediately to an appropriate law enforcement agency
ORDERING
You can register as a User and proceed to purchase the item of your choice from our wide variety of catalogue. Alternatively, you can just provide your Email ID and proceed to use the “Buy Now” option at any item(s) of your choice and directly checkout without having to register.

Order can be canceled till the same is out for delivery.
Note: This may not be applicable for certain logistics partner.

Our jewellery is made of a wide variety of materials beginning from Copper, Stainless Steel, Pearls, etc. All the items in Premium segment are assured to last for years without any tarnish if handled & stored in the right way.
Our materials are sourced from a variety of providers, not limited to local artisans.
- Custom Jewellery is our core strength. We have an expansive team of artisans to cater to your bespoke requirements. However, all good things does take a certain amount of time as opposed to off the shelf products.
- We will endeavour to minimise the time span but the actual product has to be looked into on a case by case basis.
- Please feel free to get in touch with us directly for bulk orders or for Custom made jewellery or our Exclusive services.
- We do provide gift wrapping based on availability of different designs.
- You can chose the occasion for which the product is being purchased.
SHIPPING
- We have Free Shipping on all purchases above INR 750/-.
- For products below the threshold, the charges are as per our Logistics partner & will depend on the distance & weight of the Package.
- We also provide Free Shipping during promotional activities, so feel free to shop till you drop.
- As of now, we are working on enabling International Shipping.
- We will let you know, once we are ready for our international release.

- In the unlikely event, that you do not receive the product, kindly get in touch with us and we will either refund the entire amount or replace the product depending on the availability.
- In case of any damaged product, kindly refer to the refund and returns policy.
- Unboxing video is mandatory for any claims for broken product.

- Our Necklace sizes are standard free size.
- For any specific Necklace sizes, please get in touch with us.
Yes, you may do the same, however, for any exchange please go through our Exchange policy.
- We do offer custom sizes, kindly get in touch with us for the same.
