How do I place an order ?

You can register as a User and proceed to purchase the item of your choice from our wide variety of catalogue. Alternatively, you can just provide your Email ID and proceed to use the “Buy Now” option at any item(s) of your choice and directly checkout without having to register.

How do I cancel a order that I have placed?

Order can be canceled till the same is out for delivery.

Our materials are sourced from a variety of providers, not limited to local artisans.

Do you offer custom jewelry ?

  • Custom Jewellery is our core strength. We have an expansive team of artisans to cater to your bespoke requirements. However, all good things does take a certain amount of time as opposed to off the shelf products.
  • We will endeavour to minimise the time span but the actual product has to be looked into on a case by case basis.
  • Please feel free to get in touch with us directly for bulk orders or for Custom made jewellery or our Exclusive services.

Do you offer gift wrapping ?

  • We do provide gift wrapping based on availability of different designs.
  • You can chose the occasion for which the product is being purchased.

How much does shipping cost ?

  • We have Free Shipping on all purchases above INR 750/-.
  • For products below the threshold, the charges are as per our Logistics partner & will depend on the distance & weight of the Package.
  • We also provide Free Shipping during promotional activities, so feel free to shop till you drop.

Do you ship Internationally ?

  • As of now, we are working on enabling International Shipping.

  • In the unlikely event, that you do not receive the product, kindly get in touch with us and we will either refund the entire amount or replace the product depending on the availability.
