CANCELLATION, EXCHANGE & RETURNS POLICY

GENERAL GUIDELINES

  1. All refund, return, and exchange requests must be initiated within 72 hours of receiving the product by the customer.
  2. Complimentary returns and exchanges are available within the 72-hour timeframe for your convenience.
  3. The item must remain unused, unworn, and in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact, to be eligible for a refund, return, or exchange.
  4. Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, must be provided for all transactions to proceed.
  5. The policies outlined herein will not apply if the “Void Seal” on the product packaging has been broken or tampered with.
  6. Capturing an unboxing video of the item(s) is mandatory for all refund, return, and exchange requests to ensure smooth processing.
  7. Any alterations or modifications made to the product after purchase may affect its eligibility for refund, return, or exchange.
  8. Shipping and handling fees may apply to return or exchange requests, depending on the circumstances and policies in place.
  9. Refunds, returns, or exchanges will be processed promptly upon receipt and inspection of the returned item(s) to ensure compliance with our policies.
  10. We’ll promptly initiate a refund based on your chosen preference (Bank Account, Credit Card, Wallet, etc.), typically within 7-14 business days.
  11. Alternatively, immediate refunds to your Customer wallet are also available upon request.
  12. Please ensure to review and adhere to our terms and conditions regarding refunds, returns, and exchanges, as outlined in our policy documentation.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  1. We ensure timely delivery of all purchased products within the specified timeframe.
  2. If you accidentally place an order, you can cancel it within 24 hours through “My Orders” Page or by contacting us via email or phone.
  3. Upon cancellation, we’ll promptly initiate a refund based on your chosen preference (Bank Account, Credit Card, Wallet, etc.), typically within 7-14 business days.
  4. Alternatively, immediate refunds to your Customer wallet are also available upon request.
  5. After the initial 24-hour period, orders can still be cancelled, but Shipping Charges will be deducted in accordance with our policy.
  6. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible. Refunds will be processed as per the guidelines of our Return / Exchange Policy.

In the rare event that we are unable to fulfil the service, the Company retains the right to cancel the order and issue a complete refund. The refund amount will be credited to either the original mode of payment or the Customer wallet, based on the customer’s chosen preference.

These situations may include:

  • Unavailability of the product in our stock
  • Product being unsuitable for shipping due to damage, discoloration, or failure to meet our quality standards
  • Limitations on the number of products that can be ordered, as specified in the terms and conditions of any offer or discount
  • Incorrect pricing or description of the product
  • Incorrect or incomplete buyer’s address
  • Inability to provide service at the buyer’s address by our courier partners
  • Any other circumstances beyond our control

For prepaid orders, the refund will be processed in accordance with our Refund Policy.
We will notify you via email, WhatsApp, or text message if an order is cancelled due to any of the reasons mentioned above.

EXCHANGE POLICY

We strive to provide you with high-quality products and exceptional service. In the unfortunate event that you receive a damaged product or wish to exchange a non-damaged item, we offer the following exchange policy.

Damaged Product :

  • If you receive a damaged product, we understand the inconvenience it may cause. You have up to 72 hours from the time of receipt of product to request an exchange.
  • For damaged items within this timeframe, we offer a full Refund / Exchange of the product.
  • To initiate the exchange process, please provide a mandatory unboxing video with “Void Seal” Tag.
  • Please note : Additional Shipping will not be charged for exchange of damaged products.
  • Our team will promptly process your request and ensure you receive a replacement product or a full refund.

Non-Damaged Product :

  • Even if the product is not damaged, we understand that your preferences may change.
  • Within 72 hours of receiving the product, to initiate exchange, please connect with our dedicated team via mail or phone call or even through the “My Orders” Page in My Account section.
  • Please note : that additional shipping charges will be charged for non-damaged products.

Exceptions:

  • 99 Store, we do not offer exchanges.
  • However, in the event of a mismatched size or colour upon delivery, we will gladly process an exchange upon the customer’s request.

Note:

  • An unboxing video and intact void seal tag are required to facilitate a seamless exchange process.
  • For any products for which an exchange is to be given, the exchange/refund process will commence upon receipt of the returned product by our team.
  • Refund will be initiated based on your chosen preference (Bank Account, Credit Card, Wallet, etc.), typically within 7-14 business days. Alternatively, immediate refunds to your Customer wallet are also available upon request.

Exchanges for both damaged and non-damaged products are not available after 72 hours from receipt. However, our commitment to your satisfaction remains unwavering. RETURN POLICY

Non Damaged product: for non-damaged products received within the initial 72-hour window, we extend our full refund policy upon connecting with Team SAARA and providing the mandatory unboxing video. This ensures a secure and transparent process for both parties involved.

Returns for both damaged and non-damaged products are not accepted after 72 hours from the receipt of your purchase. However, our dedication to your satisfaction remains steadfast.
